Prepararea silvoitului: Se spala bine prunele, se scot samburii (se diojdioaca- pentru ardeleni), se pune in caldarea de cupru curata si se fierbe; iar in timp ce fierbe se amesteca...... si se fierbe, se tot fierbe.... aproximativ 10-12 ore.
